ATLANTA POLICE BLAME COP CITY ARSON ON A PERSON WHO LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE “GOKU” FROM DRAGONBALL Z CARTOON

Atlanta police have a problem, several problems, in fact. One of the most huge and horrible of these issues is the mammoth construction project  of a so called “training facility” which has been dubbed COP CITY by reasonable people and protesters.  If constructed, “Cop City” would be one of the largest militarized police training centers in the country—all built by clear-cutting Atlanta’s largest green space. The facility faces massive opposition in Atlanta and nationally. There has been massive resistance to the project internationally. Police even killed people protesting so that this center can be constructed. Police shot and killed 26-year-old Manuel Esteban Paez Teran, known as Tortuguita by friends and family, to ensure that this “facility” is finished. The most recent update about Cop City construction as that supposedly some protesters burned some of the equipment used by construction companies affiliated with the project. While it may seem like promoted paranoia a lot of fires across the country have been blamed on the Copy City project in Atlanta. The latest so called “arsonist”,  Seth Brock Spigner, was recently arrested for arson in South Carolina.the 23-year-old allegedly set fire to two trucks on Dec. 30 at Thomas Concrete in Summerville and spray-painted several messages related to Cop City on trucks at the property. One thing striking about this “arsonist” is his resemblance to popular anime cartoon character “Goku” from the Dragon Ball Z series. So did Seth “power up” before he supposedly destroyed construction equipment? Who knows, but what is known is it is probably not a good idea for construction companies blindly assist in helping with this project. It definitely doesn’t need to be built to help an already trigger happy police department become more efficient in killing people.

Spigner is being held in the Dorchester L. C. Knight Detention Center. His bond was set at a hearing on Sunday for $25,000.
