Lady Mprez, born as Latesha Monique Whittaker [02/12/91], is an entrepreneurial and creative spirit reining from the Paradise Coast, Southwest Florida. Lady Mprez grew up in a small, multicultural city called Naples, known for its beautiful white sandy beaches and proximity to various islands, including Marco, Keeywaydin, Estero, Sanibel, and Captiva. Lady Mprez is Ameribbean (American of Caribbean descent). She is the owner and Qween Ambassador of Suntian Community Development Officials, which abides to the order of Suntian Naziyon. Suntian Naziyon is a cultural movement to preserve certain aspects of Florida culture and for Suntians to have a culture of their own. She’s also the owner of Ladymprez.com, which is a website dedicated to underground & independent music. Lady Mprez has her hand in many things. She’s also a Writer & Podcaster. Her forte is writing about music and current affairs, which eventually led her to 2Raw4TV, where she hosts her weekly podcast “Lady Mprez Presents: Real Talk”. She talks about real-life issues from a different perspective that goes against the typical mainstream narrative. Lady Mprez gives her perspective on certain topics such as homelessness, black love, and more. Raw and authentic. Also known for being a great Organizer, Lady Mprez has been behind the scenes of many scenes. She networks with people and makes their events come alive, whether it be comedy shows, music showcases, or many more. She enjoys bringing people together to do projects, which is demonstrated by her work on NuRyz Projectz Mixtape I & II. Nuryz Projectz creates different music projects for upcoming and underground artists to expose their skills. She’s infamously known for her Community Services & Development work that she does in real life. A noteworthy event she’s known for within Community Services was her event “Plates of Love”, where she dispensed 100 plates to a community hit with many hardships Lady M is intrigued with different forms of art and feels that the best way to connect generations is through art and culture. She believes that whether it be through a rap song or a political speech, art comes in many forms and connects people in many ways. The art of words is something Lady Mprez has always been intrigued with, and it took her middle school language arts teacher to reveal her passion for writing and language arts. Lady Mprez’s goal is to show diversity within the Suntian culture and to convey a message of unity to others internationally that we are WUN (ONE).
