The Mayor of Chicago and the Govenor of illinois has made it very clear “Hands off our state!” However Trump stands defiant and says he will bring the US military to the windy city “We’re going in”! This has sparked a political battle that is ramping up quickly. Mayor Brandon Johnson says Trump has no right to deploy the national guard citing that it’s unconstitutional, criminal, and he’s ready to fight. Some say crime is out of control in the state and Chicago while other’s say we don’t need Trump’s brand of “help”. Are we witnessing the beginning of the battle within?
