Stop Issuing CDLs to Illegal Immigrants

Federal regulators, specifically the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT), found that California issued a significant number of “non-domiciled” CDLs (i.e., to drivers who are not domiciled in the state and/or may not have had lawful immigration status) in ways that violated federal rules.
An audit found that over 25 % of non-domiciled CDLs issued in California were deemed improperly issued. This shocking revelation has caused panic and anger, as it has also been revealed that some of the drivers speak very little English and are unable to read English.  This unlawful act by California’s government has put the American people’s safety at high risk, and the American public will not tolerate it!
